Nergal’s CEO, Toğan Kuter Eren, announced Nergal’s 2nd Development Plan. “In the 2nd Development Plan, we identified 12 countries and 3 different sectors. Sectors: software, e-commerce and fashion industry,” said Eren.

The 2nd Development Plan, which will cover the years 2019-2023, will provide added value to the brand as well as ensuring the stable growth of Nergal. Eren said that while preparing the 2nd Development Plan, they targeted a market of 10 million dollars.
Pointing out that the main purpose is to follow closely the trade wars and technological transformations in the world and to exceed this target, Eren said, “We aim at a sustainable market area within the scope of this plan we have created. As a result of meticulous work with the participation of our investors and business partners, we selected 12 target countries. “When choosing these countries, we took into account their investments, in which markets they are active, and in what areas they produce,” he said.
There are 3 different sectors
“These countries, respectively; We have designated them as USA, Oman, Qatar, Arab Emirates, Dubai, Ukraine, Morocco, South Africa, Iraq, Kenya, Malaysia and Chile. In addition, we chose 3 different sectors, namely software, e-commerce and fashion industry, “said Eren continued his words as follows:

Data analysis center will be established
Saying that they will establish a data analysis center, Eren explained that all data of Nergal in domestic and foreign trade will be collected in this center in an accessible and secure manner.

Eren said, “A digital identity will be created for all supplier companies. By getting to know them better, we will create a system that will produce special solutions only for them. “The products of suppliers that sell through our e-commerce sites will reach potential buyers around the world,” he said.
Informing that there will also be a chatbot that will serve companies 24/7 within this platform, Eren said, “One of the aspects of our digitalization works is the market area technology that we think fits very well with e-commerce. In fact, not a new practice in the world but an industry just beginning to new developments in Turkey, ” gave the information.
Expressing that with the 2nd Development Plan, suppliers will be directed to e-commerce and the number of suppliers selling via e-commerce will increase, Eren said that cargo transactions will be developed within the framework of cross-border e-commerce needs. He also stated that they aim to bring together the digital environment and e-commerce with virtual fairs.
We will train well-equipped cadres
“We will meet with institutions that provide education in Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese languages for the geographies we have determined as a target, and train the well-equipped staff that our brand needs,” Eren said. Trade and customs brokers are acting as the leading force in exports and in the next period; He underlined that they will become more effective, efficient and active. He stated that along with the projects, trade and customs brokers will always be by your side.
Eren stated that they will hold video conferences to be organized with the participation of trade consultants and exporter companies, and that suppliers can solve their problems through face-to-face meetings with company employees; As for foreign representatives, he stated that the brand should reach a global level, they have started to work for this and they have made great progress.
